Anthony Green and Tilian Pearson release Alvin and the Chipmunks cover on Spotify.
Last holiday season, Anthony Green (Circa Survive/Saosin) and Tilian Pearson (Dance Gavin Dance) teamed up with Rise Records to record and release their version of the classic Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas tune "Christmas Don't Be Late".
The song was originally released on December 1st of 2020 only on the Rise Records BandCamp page with proceeds from the cover going towards Prevention Point, a non-profit public health organization that provides harm reduction services to Philadelphia and the surrounding area.
Since then, Anthony, Tilian, and Rise Records have released the song on all streaming platforms as well as a pretty hilarious YouTube video featuring the two dancing as cartoon elves. The Christmas classic gets a fresh coat of emo paint with a trap beat remix on top of Anthony and Tilian's signature voices. It's truely something you need to hear yourself, which you can below!
