TAKING BACK SUNDAY Mark 20 Years of Louder Now With a Deluxe Edition

Twenty years of Louder Now. I know time is real, but sometimes it could be a little less loud about it. Taking Back Sunday’s 2006 record is getting a deluxe anniversary edition through Craft, and it is the kind of reissue that sends you straight back to wherever you were when “MakeDamnSure” first got stuck in your head.
The original album still has that push and pull between big hooks and wonderfully messy feelings. “What’s It Feel Like To Be A Ghost?” and “Liar” are part of the ride, and this edition brings the B-sides “Brooklyn (If You See Something, Say Something)” and “Sleep” along too. They appear on a bonus 7-inch with the vinyl release and on the deluxe CD.
Louder Now debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and went gold within two months, but the numbers are only part of why it stuck. Those songs gave a lot of us something to shout back at the speakers. With Fred Mascherino joining Adam Lazzara, John Nolan, and Shaun Cooper in the 2026 touring lineup, this anniversary also reaches beyond the shelf and back toward the stage.
The anniversary edition is out now. If you have a copy of the original hiding in a box somewhere, this seems like a pretty good reason to pull it out.
