You'll never change the way I am... - Strangers
Winners of, Val 202 - Name Of The Year 2016 Concert, and Rock Radio - Best Newcomers Of 2016, Slovenian duo TIDVL WVVES brings together alternative rock, pop music and pop punk that fuses together into an ambient rock roller coaster with dips, turns and and WVVES of sound hitting you from every which way.
With a song like "STRANGERS" it's very reminiscent of "We Need To Whisper" Angels & Airwaves". Rock and Roll with a nice ambient bite to top it off to give you that trippy feel. The same can sort of be said for "DAYS ARE NUMBERED" as the ambient parts throw you for a twist where the flange is on the lead vocals (rad.) Guitars and drums sound like a nod to blink-182's Neighborhoods (though that could be me.)
TIDVL WVVES's single "ALL IS GONE" has a sound very similar to a cross between The Postal Service and the latter years of Brand New and blink-182 with Tom Delonge (with all of the ambient trippy flange/chorus effects.)
