Vans Warped Tour Breaks Internet with Band Announcement!
At 11am EST March 1st, 2019 the Vans Warped Tour announced the list of bands performing at the 3 weekend event this summer, with each date surprising fans with different bands spanning over the 25 years of the tour's history.
With acts like blink-182, A Day To Remember, The Offspring, Sleeping With Sirens and Taking Back Sunday just to name a few for the Atlantic City NJ show in June and bands like All American Rejects, NOFX, The Used, and Gym Class Heroes on the Mountain View, CA dates in July with just a few bands including: Simple Plan, We The Kings and Hawthorne Heights in Cleveland Ohio at the beginning of June to kick off the tour.

It was the news that essentially broke the internet if for only a few minutes. Perhaps coincidental, but as of the stroke of 11am EST on March 1st TicketMaster.com experienced an overall shut down as fans frantically tried to buy tickets for the upcoming Warped Tour festivities.
The official Vans Warped Tour Twitter page even issued a statement saying: "TICKETING ISSUE UPDATE: there is a site-wide issue with Ticketmaster currently; if you are having issues buying tickets please check back later. We will be updating everyone as fast as we get information from Ticketmaster."
With the site temporarily down one question was on everyone's mind: "Was the show sold out?". Vans Warped Tour was quick enough with a response, reassuring that the dates wouldn't be sold out in that frame of time.
