BELMONT Totals Van and Gear in Accident While On Tour
Progressive-punk quartet, Belmont, recently were struck with tragedy after a car accident that fortunately left no one harmed but totaled their vehicle, trailer and gear inside. The band was traveling on 3/7/22 to Salt Lake City Utah while on their headlining Aftermath tour which is named after their album Aftermath that just dropped 4th March 2022 via Pure Noise Records.
After the accident the band immediately took to social media canceling their show At The Beehive in Salt Lake City UT that evening as well as releasing a statement about the incident.
“As most of you know, we were in an
accident yesterday outside Denver, CO, where we flipped our van and trailer. Thankfully, no one in the band or crew was hurt, but our van and trailer are completely destroyed. We are
looking to our friends and fans to help us get back on our feet so we can complete our current tour in support of our new album, Aftermath. We will be using all funds collected to get a new van, trailer, replace any damaged gear and give all of the support bands on tour some money to help them because they will be missing shows.
