MAYHEM FEST To Make 2020 Return!
Rockstar Energy Drink's MAYHEM FEST looks as though it may make its return in 2020 with a recent post on the festival's official Instagram page featuring a picture of Rocky with the caption "Don't Call It A Comeback #mayhem2020."
Mayhem Fest was the metal and hard rock alternative to the very punk and ska Vans Warped Tour both of which were founded by Kevin Lyman and featured metal giants like Slayer, Slipknot, Motorhead and Anthrax just to name a few.
The festival was put on the back burner in 2015 by Kevin Lyman and John Reese who was Lyman's partner in the Taste of Chaos tour. As of August 2, 2015, Reese confirmed that the 2015 festival would be the last one, though this 2020 return looks to be much anticipated.
