HAWK (formerly This or the Apocalypse) Release Debut Single "Mileage"

Lancaster, PA’s rock quartet HAWK (formerly known as This or the Apocalypse) has released their first single under their new name entitled “Mileage”.

The song, is the band’s first dip back into the music since This or The Apocalypse’s album ‘Dead Years’ in 2012 which comes as a bit of a rebirth and new chapter for the band. Joining original This or the Apocalypse members Ricky Armellino (vocals) and Jack Esbenshade (guitar) in HAWK are Bernard Stabley (bass) and Adam Reed (drums).

Produced and mixed by the band with mastering handled by Andreas Magnusson (Fit For A King,Thousand Below), Armellino offered this insight into “Mileage” - “I've been flying around in planes since I was little so I used that as a vehicle to talk about overworking: the world keeps racing by, you get a different perspective from everyone on the ground, you try to keep your sense of humor, you gain a little, you lose a little, stuff that mattered to you stops mattering altogether. "Mileage" is about as personal as it gets and every member had a hand in producing and mixing their performance on the song, which we're very proud of."

To accompany the new single, the band teamed with director Eric DiCarlo (Attila) to create a music video that is sure to keep your eyes on it the entire time.
