TIGER ARMY - "Devil That You Don't Know" SINGLE REVIEW
Psychobilly punk rock trio Tiger Army have just released their newest track DEVIL THAT YOU DON'T KNOW, from the band’s forthcoming studio album, Retrofuture produced by Ted Hutt (The Gaslight Anthem, Old Crow Medicine Show, Lucero) which is out now via Rise Records. The band recently dropped a handful of singles leading up to the album release earlier last month.
“Devil That You Don’t Know” employs a psychedelic, ‘60s approach, using experimental short films as inspiration. “I’ve long been a fan of Kenneth Anger and I threw out the idea of using his films as references, especially 'Inauguration of the Pleasure Dome' and 'Scorpio Rising'," frontman Nick 13 says. Continuing, "Travis loved the idea and really ran with it, mixing the Anger influence with his own ideas until he’d created something unique and beautiful."
The band has also announced a North American Tour to promote the RETROFUTURE which has already kicked off since Sept. 14th which ends a few days shy of Halloween back in LA on Oct. 26th. You can also check the band out internationally, hitting up select dates in Germany, Austria, the UK and more!
