FOUR CHORD FESTIVAL 6 - (The Offspring, Simple Plan, Anberlin, Real Friends +MORE!)
To say things get better with age would be an understatement when talking about the annual punk rock show in Pittsburgh, PA known as the Four Chord Music Festival. In its sixth year running, the festival has outgrown its club venue shell, emerging into stadium status with bigger bands, topping its previous year.
Established and managed by Pittsburgh seasoned punk rocker, Rishi Bahl of the pop-punk trio Eternal Boy the Four Chord Music Festival has been bringing together the biggest, best, and most nostalgic pop-punk and punk bands together with the newest up-and-coming groups. Past shows have included the likes of MAYDAY PARADE, YELLOWCARD, LESS THAN JAKE and even reuniting PA's own THE STARTING LINE for the show.
The show's acts are so big for this sixth year that it couldn't be held under a roof, so they got a stadium with previous shows being held at the Xtaza Nightclub in the Strip District with this year's jumping to Pittsburgh's Highmark Stadium.
This year brings together legendary punk rockers THE OFFSPRING with nostalgic pop-punk bands SIMPLE PLAN and ANBERLIN set to headline the show. The line-up has a killer selection of supporting acts including REAL FRIENDS, KNUCKLE PUCK as well as Four Chord Festival veterans PATENT PENDING, KEEP FLYING and ETERNAL BOY.
Four Chord Music Festival 6 comes to Highmark Stadium October 6th, 2019.
